All submissions, print and electronic, should be formatted according to the Chicago-Turabian Manual Style, starting with 15th edition. All manuscripts that are not formatted accordingly shall be ignored. The Editorial Board does not return unformatted manuscripts.
Scholars, faculty, and graduate students are welcome to contribute.

Peer Review Policy
All articles and essays published in this journal have undergone peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
